Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment.
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your order and tracking information once shipped.

4. Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be sent via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.
You can track your package on the courier’s website using this tracking ID.
5. Delivery Delays
Unforeseen events (e.g., weather, customs clearance, courier delays) may affect delivery time.
If your shipment is delayed beyond expected timeframes, please contact us.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your item is lost or arrives damaged, report it to us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will coordinate with the courier for a resolution or replacement.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy – Nilkanth Creation

At Nilkanth Creation, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please review the following policy:
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted only in the case of:
Damaged or defective items
Incorrect product delivered (style/size/color mismatch)
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Customized or altered products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
2. Return & Exchange Window
You must raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Clear images of the product and packaging
Reason for return or exchange
3. Exchange Policy
If eligible, we will offer an exchange for:
A different size (if available)
A replacement of the same product in case of damage or defect
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
The exchange process will begin once we receive and verify the returned product.
Exchanged/Replaced product will be delivered with in 7-15 days based on the location
4. Return Shipping
In case of a defective or wrong item, return shipping costs will be borne by Nilkanth Creation.
For other acceptable return/exchange reasons (as approved), the customer may be asked to self-ship the product to our Surat address.
5. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method with in 7 days.
In case of return and refund, it is necessary to send a video of the order. If you open the package, a video of the work is required, otherwise Nilkanth Creation will not be able to help you with the refund or return.
